The highlight effect is good!

Some might say it is overexposed and yes it is but if this is intentional, which I think it is then it suits well its purpose.

I wish to see a little more space on the right hand side of this beautiful model.
I also think with the few colors that this could be even stronger in bw!

Lastly I wish she did not have that "thing" around her neck.
